The authors describe the development of a didactic scenario illustrating inquiry-based learning (IBL) implemented in an educational project. The project shows that two ideas are central when implementing IBL: to include problem solving scenarios that can be developed both vertically - in grades - and horizontally - applying the integral approach within the same grade, i.e. to let students see one and the same notion reflected in different contexts. more ...



Defining inquiry-based learning
